Invertebrates: Giant Land Snail, Giant Millipede, Stick Insects, Madagascan Hissing Cockroach, Chilean Rose tarantula (can be found in the education centre).

Children's Farm Animals: Rabbits, Goats, Chickens, Guinea Pigs, Ducks, Turkey.

Catering Facilities
Our Catering facilities are open all year round.

Cafe Safari has been awarded Silver Standard Dining and is situated on the main driveway. It has a balcony which overlooks our Tiger Enclousure and serves hot and cold meals.

The New Flagstaff Cafe overlooks our Humboldt Penguin enclousure and the vast North Wales Countryside. It offers a healthy alternative, and serves Salads, Jacket Potatoes and Paninis.

Picnic areas are also situated around the Zoo grounds

Zoo Shop

The Trading Post is situated by the main car park and offers a wide variety of gifts and souvenirs.

So treat yourself to a t-shirt, cuddly toy, or you can become an animal adopter- just fill in a simple form.

Jungle Adventureland
Our Jungle Adventureland is terrific fun for children of all ages, and our Tarzan Trail is a real challenge that will keep the kids entertained for hours and really work up an appetite.

Parent & Baby Room
This facility is available adjoining the Trading Post.

Centralised Car and Coach Park close to amenities.

Access Information
Due to its location, visitors with mobility constraints may have trouble accessing certain areas of the Zoo.

FREE Wheelchair and Pushchair Hire available from the Zoo's Office.

Dogs may be brought into the Zoo and exercised in the non tarmac area of the Car Park only (in a reasonable manner and on a lead at all times). They are not permitted into any other area of the Zoo, as this may endanger the welfare of the Zoo's animals.

For lost property and if you need First Aid assistance, please ask at the Trading Post Shop or at the Zoo Office.
