You can not only relax in our luxury WTB-approved four-star farm accommodation (we have three rooms with ensuite whirlpool baths!), but (if you want to) you can also go fishing or birdwatching, or enjoy horse-riding. We have our own riding centre, and can offer you bespoke packages for riding holidays including Bed & Breakfast for horses. Some of our guests come to ride, but most just come to enjoy a peaceful rural location.

Isle of Anglesey Riding Centre

Tal y Foel has its own riding centre offering a variety of activities to local regular riders and to people on holiday in the area, and individual riding programmes with beach and grass-track riding and instruction to suit all standards.

We have several miles of grass tracks, a cross-country training course, an indoor school and an outdoor menage with show jumps. In addition to our own staff we also have other local instructors who teach here as required (prices on application). Individually designed courses can be arranged to suit your interests, experience and pocket.

Throughout the summer season we have young people's days and half-days, where you catch and groom your horse or pony and learn about horse care and management as well as riding.

We cater for horse owners who want stabled or grass holiday livery. Livery prices include use of all facilities at Tal y Foel.
