The Majestic Mountain Adventure

Your adventure begins at Llanberis Station at the foot of the highest mountain in England and Wales. Enjoy an awe inspiring 13 minute virtual journey in our film theatre at Llanberis Station. Before you board the train on the platform you will notice the train pushes the carriage. For safety reasons the carriage is not coupled to the engine which never exceeds five miles per hour.

As the train leaves the station you pass the original shed that houses the four steam and four diesel engines. With a round trip of 2 hours 30 minutes, the journey provides ample time to see the wonders of Snowdonia.
