Welcome to The Hungry Horse Acoustic Folk Club!
held every Thursday commencing at 8-15pm in the warm and friendly club room
in the first floor function room of
The Rake Pub (click here for directions)
The atmosphere is superb with the main room entered via a delightful archway, the room is set out in cabaret style
with candlelit tables and ornate table coverings and free peanuts provided on each table and on sell out concert nights

the room is laid out in auditorium style (capacity 100)

Only two minutes drive from the large Cheshire Oaks Retail Outlet Village.
There is a Caravan Club
Site immediately next door to the pub.
It is also half an hours drive into the city centre of Liverpool along the M53 motorway
and a ten minute drive in the opposite direction into the wonderful Roman city of Chester.

The Rake, Little Stanney

Directions - from junction 10, M53 motorway, take the A5117 towards Queensferry, approximately two hundred yards after the Cheshire Oaks Village roundabout turn left into the second road on your left which is Rake Lane and is signposted with a brown "The Rake" signpost.

The Rake Pub/Restaurant is approximately 200 yards along on the left.
