Choirs and singers of all ages are invited to Chester Cathedral to sing with the Chester Festival Chorus in a massed choirs’ event, BIG SING EVE!

Under the baton of Philip Rushforth, Director of Music at Chester Cathedral, the programme will celebrate the 200th anniversary of Samuel Sebastian Wesley's birth, including some of his best-loved anthems and hymns, all framed by Parry's rousing I was Glad and Jerusalem. There will be a brief rehearsal for all choirs and singers from 5.15pm - 6.15pm, followed by the performance at 7pm.
