This year at the Bolesworth Classic we are giving you the fantastic opportunity of purchasing joint tickets for two of Cheshire's best equestrian events. Enjoy top class showjumping & a host of family attractions and entertainment at Bolesworth, and a day of breathtaking Polo at Chester racecourse.
The tickets give you admission for any one day at both the Bolesworth Classic from 30th May to 2nd June 2013 and the Coutts International Polo held at Chester Racecourse from 31st May to 1st June 2013.
Usual combined ticket prices for both of the events are £16 but this joint ticket opportunity is offering them for just £10.
The 2013 Bolesworth Classic will be our 6th show and it continues to grow from strength to strength each year. This year we are delighted to be holding Burghley Young Event Horse classes on Thursday 30th May which will run alongside The Bolesworth Classic Eventers Grand Prix - this promises to be an exciting day of eventing. Of course top class show jumping will take place in all 3 arenas throughout the show culmination in The Bolesworth Classic Grand Prix on Sunday 2nd June.
In addition to the fantastic equestrian competition there are numerous other attractions for all of the family to enjoy including: a vintage funfair, vintage car displays, climbing calls, mini quad biking, a bunjee trampoline, zorbing of all varieties as well as a number of displays including The Pony Club, Lancashire rescue bears and the ever popuar birds of prey.
New Attractions for 2013!
We have an exciting range of attaractions confirmed for 2013 as follows:
- Zorbing both on the lake and on the land!
- 18ft climbing wall
- Mini Quad biking
- Bungee Trampoline
- Vintage Funfair including Big wheel and traditional side stalls
- Archery
- Giant Board Games
- Exciting demonstrations by rescue dogs, birds of prey, parrots and Sheep Dogs
New Fine Food Extravaganza for 2013!
We are delighted that in 2013 we will have a Food and Fasion tent which will be home to a number of delicious local producers!
So far we have a number of producers confirmed including: Orchard Pigs and their delicious pies, Chatwins the bakers who will be selling some yummy cakes and Deli Vignette who will be selling speciality nuts, olives and other sweet and savoury delights.

The Bolesworth Classic team are delighted to announce that they have teamed up with Claire House Children’s Hospice for 2013 show, following on from the success of this year's show.
Claire House Children’s Hospice provides respite, end of life and bereavement support for seriously ill children, young people and their families. With limited government funding, the hospice needs to raise £2.5million every year to cover the cost of its first-class care. Over 20% of the families cared for at Claire House are from the Cheshire area, they are provided with a home from home environment, where children can enjoy being children, free from the limitations of their condition.
Claire House volunteers will be fundraising throughout the event at Bolesworth Castle, Tattenhall from Thursday 30th May - Sunday 2nd June with an exciting calendar of attractions.
We are certain that 2013's calender of entertainment will be as good as, if not better, than this year's!
