July Treasure Island Wed 17 6.30pm Fun and frolics on the high seas as Cambridge Touring Theatre bring the outdoor performance of Treasure Island. Bring picnics and blankets or low seating for some family entertainment. Victorian Fun Day Sun 21 11am – 4pm Traditional games, stalls and summer fun with the Norton Priory Victorians. £1 entry.

August Light fantastic! Mon 5 & Tues 6 11am – 4pm Lots of fun exploring moving images, and make some optical illusions! Normal admission prices apply. Romeo & Juliet Folksy Theatre return with another Shakespearean classic. Open air performance in the walled garden, picnics welcome. Out of this world! Mon 12 & Tues 13 11am – 4pm Make a clay creature. Normal admission prices apply. Ahoy there matey! Mon 19 & Tues 20 11am – 4pm Make a miniature raft to race along the water. September Battle of Norton Priory Sat 14 & Sun 15 11am – 4pm The thunder of cannon and musket will sound again with this dramatic civil war re-enactment of the siege of Norton Priory. Heritage Open Days Sun 15 Halton Castle will be open for guided tours. Free entry to Halton Castle.
