Using the service

While you deal with the important duties your business brings, your own fully-trained receptionist will deal with your calls from 8:30 to 5:30 weekdays.

You will be given a unique telephone number that will be answered in your company name.

Many of our clients prefer to have their calls transferred, while others like us to take messages for them and forward them on.

We can forward any messages to you by E-Mail, or simply by calling you. If we can not get hold of you we will always leave a message on your voicemail.

Out-of-hours we have all calls diverted to our voicemail, which is checked daily. We then forward these messages on.

We provide serviced offices for small and expanding businesses. Whether you require a one-person office or an eight-person office, it is easy and cost effective and can sometimes take as little as 24 hours to arrange and move in.
With an obsidian office; cleaning, lighting, heating, an individual air conditioning unit and the use of all facilities are included. You will have access to the meeting rooms and photocopying as well as a Broadband Internet connection and 24 hour access to your office, for which you will be issued with your own key and unique alarm code.
